Job Overview:
- Deals exclusively with computer memory modules on a daily basis
- Should have great attention to detail
- Execute general procedures and processes dealing with testing, inspecting,
sorting, grading, labeling, and packaging of memory
- Computer experience is a plus, but not required
- On the job training
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years working experience
- High school degree
- Computer hardware experience is plus although not required
- Ability to learn and execute general procedures and processes dealing with inspecting,
sorting, testing, labeling, packaging, receiving and sorting of computer memory
- Must be able to work in a controlled environment, often completing repetitive tasks
- Show eagerness and capacity learn, respond quickly to new instructions, methods, and procedures
- Integrity and ability to stay focused, working independently

Customer Service Representative $14.50/hr to 17.00/hr - Fulltime
Job Overview:
- Ensures that service standards are attained
- Complete understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the
current and potential customers
- Set priorities and establish plan for open problems and resolve issues timely
- Answers customer phone calls, emails, and chat messages on multiple platforms
- Monitors negative feedback, resolves negative customer experience to have negative feedback removed/updated to positive feedback
- Works with the shipping department to resolve issues and maintain on time shipping metrics
- Works with shipping carriers to resolve insurance claims and lost package issues, files insurance claims with shipping
carriers when necessary
- Daily pick up and processing of customer returns and refunds
Job Requirements:
- Proven skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer experience
- 2 years of e-commerce experience or 3+ years of retail
- Experience working in consumer product goods preferred

Bulk Sales Lead $12.50/hr to 15.00/hr - Fulltime
Job Overview:
- Collection of RAM from other departments
- Sort RAM specs accurately per sales requisitions
- Organize sorted RAM and consolidate when possible
- Set up and pack orders as directed by department manager
- Properly sorts scrap RAM daily and oversees the monthly scrap dumps
Job Requirements:
- Proven skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance department processes
- Technical competence in computer memory
- Computer hardware knowledge, A+ certified a definite plus
- Some college or undergraduate degree
SEO salary commensurate with experience - Full-time
Job Overview:
-Captain listing team, and maintain all communication with marketplaces
-Oversee construction of listings with enhanced brand content and nicely variated listings
-Ensure that listings are compliant within marketplace policy guidelines, frequent policy changes are monitored in real time,
and updated when necessary
-Manage page search advertising budgets across Amazon, Google, and eBay for all campaigns
-Build and optimize sales ‘campaigns including Amazon Sponsored Products, Headline Search and Product Display across Amazon
-Create and direct paid search budget spend strategy
-Set up testing plans (copy, ads, landing pages) for continuous performance improvement and optimization of the campaigns
-Work closely with the Analytics and Finance team to measure and report results

Director of Operations salary commensurate with experience - Full-time
Job Overview:
-Oversees daily activities of Operations. Plans for current and future production requirements
-Assists company officers and senior staff members in the development and formulation of long and short-range
planning, policies, programs and objectives
-Develops the manufacturing plan and establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing
operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standard
-Achieves optimum employee levels with least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan
