MEMORY SPECIALIST 1

 

Entry Level Memory Specialist $11.00/hr - Full-time

 

Job Overview:

          - Deals exclusively with computer memory modules on a daily basis

          - Should have great attention to detail

          - Execute general procedures and processes dealing with testing, inspecting,

            sorting, grading, labeling, and packaging of memory

          - Computer experience is a plus, but not required

          - On the job training

 

Job Requirements:

          - 1-2 years working experience

          - High school degree

          - Computer hardware experience is plus although not required

          - Ability to learn and execute general procedures and processes dealing with inspecting,

            sorting, testing, labeling, packaging, receiving and sorting of computer memory

          - Must be able to work in a controlled environment, often completing repetitive tasks

          - Show eagerness and capacity learn, respond quickly to new instructions, methods, and procedures

          - Integrity and ability to stay focused, working independently

MEMORY SPECIALIST 2

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

 

Customer Service Representative $12.50/hr to 16.00/hr - Fulltime

 

Job Overview:

          - Answering customer emails and phone calls on multiple platforms

          - Monitoring negative complaints and resolving delicate negative customer experiences

            to turn them positive

          - Documenting and fixing listing errors

          - Working with the shipping department to resolve issues and maintain on time shipping metrics

          - Working with shipping carriers to resolve insurance claims and lost package issues

          - Working with the IT department and customer service department to constantly evolve

            the functionality of the in-house customer service system to align with company growth

 

Job Requirements:

          - Customer Service minimum 3-5 years professional experience in call center environment

          - Working with an ecommerce marketplace accounts such as Amazon and eBay

SEO SPECIALIST

 

SEO salary commensurate with experience - Full-time

 

Job Overview:

          -Captain listing team, and maintain all communication with marketplaces

          -Oversee construction of listings with enhanced brand content and nicely variated listings

          -Ensure that listings are compliant within marketplace policy guidelines, frequent policy changes are monitored in real time,

            and updated when necessary

          -Manage page search advertising budgets across Amazon, Google, and eBay for all campaigns

          -Build and optimize sales ‘campaigns including Amazon Sponsored Products, Headline Search and Product Display across Amazon

          -Create and direct paid search budget spend strategy

          -Set up testing plans (copy, ads, landing pages) for continuous performance improvement and optimization of the campaigns

          -Work closely with the Analytics and Finance team to measure and report results

          -Utilize various reporting interfaces and campaign management software as applicable (Tableau, Google Analytics,

            Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Media Services)

 

Job Requirements:

          -Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science or Marketing

          -Experience in conversion rate optimization, landing page optimization, HTML

          -Experience running a global SEM program in multiple search engines

          -Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

          -An organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results

          -Self-motivated individual; a good team player

          -Strong written and verbal communications skills and strong

            Cross-functional leadership skills

 

Preferred Direct Experience::

          -We are seeking someone with DEEP SEO & SEM experience on Amazon, eBay, and Google. Blend knowledge and experience

            and niche specific experience to ultimately maintain total GURU+ level

          -Working with strategic account managers at Amazon, along with various SEO and Global expansion representatives

          -Working with category managers on eBay

          -Working with Google account managers, along with special teams at Google that assist with success in PPC

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

 

Director of Operations salary commensurate with experience - Full-time

 

Job Overview:

          -Oversees daily activities of Operations. Plans for current and future production requirements

          -Assists company officers and senior staff members in the development and formulation of long and short-range

            planning, policies, programs and objectives

          -Develops the manufacturing plan and establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing

            operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standard

          -Achieves optimum employee levels with least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan

          -Formulates and recommends manufacturing policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining

            and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation

          -Enacts contingency plans as needed; escalates and directs activities during systems problems, bottlenecks, disasters, etc.;

            identifies potential problems, troubleshoots, escalates issues to local and network management, and participates in

            post-mortem analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements

          -Reviews ongoing performance results to targets. Takes corrective measures with authorization, escalate as needed

          -Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate

          -Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster aid promote a cooperative

            and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity,

            and efficiency/effectiveness

          -Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes

            prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken

          -Performs all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned

          -Communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned

          -Develops individuals for future advancement

 

Job Requirements:

          -Bachelor's degree in statistics, operations management, business management or equivalent

          -Training in Six Sigma methods, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above certification preferred

          -5-7 years previous operations management experience, including forecasting, scheduling and real-time

            operations management

          -Experience in a production; preferably in a process-oriented operations and/or related industry. A minimum of 5 years

            of experience managing a significant segment of a large manufacturer or the entire operation of a smaller manufacturer

          -Experience working with manufacturing-based technology, processes and principles is preferred

          -Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff

SALES MANAGER

 

Sales Manager salary commensurate with experience - Full-time

 

Job Overview:

          -Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives

          -Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly

          -Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed expansion

          -Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in promoting sales

          -Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line

          -Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices

          -Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements

          -Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition. Recommends sales strategies for improvement

            based on market research and competitor analyses

          -Implements approved distribution strategies

          -Manages multiple channel selling strategies

          -Builds, develops and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives

          -Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units

 

Job Requirements:

          -A bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience in related field

          -7 years in sales plus advanced training in recent sales techniques

          -Experience successfully leading sales teams

          -Experience with global expansion

          -Self-motivated individual

          -Strong written and verbal communications skills

          -Cross-functional leadership skills
